Exception-based performance reporting

Each system is associated with an analysis profile, which defines a time period, an aggregation level and a threshold level for a subset of the collected metrics. When the analysis is run, each of the target systems is checked against all of the thresholds. The subsequent report is then ranked, based on the degree to whcih the systems exceeded their thresholds, giving a list of systems that have current or potential performance problems.
