The senior staff at Mirador Software have many years of experience in helping small and large organisations reap the benefits of formal Capacity Management.  This experience has been gained over a wide range of different platforms, operating systems and applications.

Mirador specialises solely in the area of performance management and capacity planning - Capacity Management as defined in the ITIL® guidelines.  Our projects vary from the quite simple (for example the provision of a capacity plan for a service critical system or application) to the highly complex (for example the establishment of a complete Capacity Management process to cover all service delivered by the enterprise).  Our work in this area is independent of the toolset (if any) that the client organisation has in place.

Recent assignments have included the provision of a capacity plan for a major mobile telephone company relating to the delivery of internet-based services to their corporate customers, a capacity management project for one of the UK's clearing banks and an investigation into storage area network performance for a large user of the HP StorageWorks SAN technology.
