including comprehensive web-based and on-line training,
and a telephone helpdesk service to support its growing
customer base.
Consultancy
The staff at Mirador have many years of experience in
implementing successful ITIL® Capacity Management
regimes at a wide variety of organisations throughout
Europe and the USA. This expertise is available to
our customers, either through the support line, or on-site
on a project basis for the provision of performance
assessments for service-critical applications and formal
Capacity Plans.
Mirador Software is proud to support
the activities and objectives of Vivit (formerly OpenView Forum International). Vivit is a non-profit corporation founded by customers of Hewlett-Packard's software products
to represent the interests of HP customers,
developers, and partners world-wide. Today Vivit
has thousands of members representing all areas of
business and industry.
